So, the Oscars are over. Time to review my predictions:

-Best Animated Film: Wall-E
Did it win? YES
-Cinematography: Dark Knight
Did it win? No, and it was robbed.
-Best Director: Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire)
Did he win? YES
-Actress in a Supporting Role: Penolope Cruz (Vicky Christina Barcelona)
Did she win? YES
-Actor in a Supporting Role: Heath Ledger
Did he win? YES and it was very well deserved!
-Actress in a Leading Role: Kate Winslet
Did she win? YES
-Actor in a Leading Role: Mickey Rourke
Did he win? No and thank God for that...
-Best Picture: Slumdog Millionaire
Did it win? YES

According to my calculations I was 6 for 8 on the night. Not too shabby. Hugh Jackman was hilarious ("I am Wolverine!") As was Ben Stiller who was pretending to be Joaquin Pheonix who is pretending to be a rapper/meth dealer/homeless/grizzly man.

Okay, enough with the Oscars.

And enough for now. Kayt needs to blog. But she lost her "magic spot" so she is wandering around her house with her computer trying to find a bar of internet. Let's all wish her good luck with that.
